Made in 2 days for the mini jam 171
Kinda rushed, very short, very hard.
I wanted to experiment with some weird combat system just for fun and here it is.
Limitation is constant escalation so the game is 1 constantly escalating fight. It gets harder and harder over 4 phases.
How to play:
Input the patterns on the left to attack.
Input the pattern above the enemy to parry them
If there is a number above the enemy then deal that much damage to them to stagger them.
Slash = 8 damage.
Heavy slash = 20 damage.
Quick hit = 2 damage.
you deal 50% more damage if the enemy is stunned.
Blocking will reduce the next hit to 25% the original damage, if used within 1 second of the incoming attack. Using another move cancels the block
Game has a few bugs, sorry about that. But one of them makes the game easier :wheeze:
